Unlike its previous forms, Bibbowack is very wise. They normally rule large lakes and resevoirs, watching over the Pokémon there as a kind and benevolent ruler. They build giant Bivouac by the shores of these lakes and use them as their palaces. When they evolve from Bibarel, their staff becomes the first twig they see. They take a gem from their stomach and place it in the stick.

This is for a contest to make a Pokémon that evolves with King's Rock. Bibarel makes Dams so Bibbowack makes Bivouac Palaces.
